Inspiration

This piece is inspired by an astonishing acrobatic show, Kurios – Cabinet of Curiosities, performed by the renowned Cirque du Soleil (Circus of the Sun). One scene that left a lasting impression on me featured two identical men scrambling for a lamp in an upside-down world, each trying to light their own dining table. I was particularly drawn to the moment when both touched the same lamp, symbolizing a "connection" between the two worlds.
